EPS and EPP are becoming increasingly important in the automotive industry. The high packaging density and low net weight of EPS are key factors for cost-efficient and economic transport packaging for pick-and-place at the end customer. The load carriers are adapted exactly to the specific shape and dimensions of the parts to be transported. Tight tolerance ranges in the dimensional accuracy of the load carriers and thus the exact positioning of the components which can thus be achieved allows the use of robots for removal on assembly lines and in fully automated plants. For optimal load securing, the load carriers can be provided with additional positioning slots. Individual label generation and the labelling of products are also possible.
